For trainers and internal experts
Sharing knowledge isn’t enough. Make it matter.
Prepare your trainers to lead workshops where people see the point, understand difficult ideas and learn to put them to work.
Your experts know their subject. Help them make that knowledge useful to others, too.

Meaning Makers Teaching
If participants can find the information themselves, what does training with you give them?

Information is easier to access than ever. The value of time spent in training lies in something more: noticing what was previously unseen, understanding what felt difficult and practising what seemed out of reach.
Being a trainer is not enough. Be a Meaning Maker.
A complete revolution in my approach to training.
From the participant’s perspective
I see why this matters.
You connect the subject to participants’ challenges. You help them see why the effort is worthwhile and why they should get involved.
Now I understand.
You move beyond the curse of knowledge. You show the bigger picture, use clear examples and make connections that help people understand and remember the essentials.
I can put this to work.
You make room for questions, practice and feedback. Participants try applying knowledge to their own situations.
From experience to your own practice
You learn the methods you experience.
I run this workshop using the same methods I teach you. First, you experience how they build attention, understanding and engagement. Then we explore why they work and how to use them in your own training.

Experience it. Understand it. Lead it.
First, you take part.
You experience how a facilitator builds attention, understanding and engagement.
Then, you go behind the scenes.
We examine the facilitator’s decisions: why that question, that exercise and that pace?
Next, you lead.
You bring those principles into your own training and explore how they work in your style.
Virtual Excellence - the experience lived up to the name.

Made for your team
Start with what your trainers actually need.
We shape the scope around the training you deliver and the skills you want to develop. A technical expert may need to explain complex ideas clearly; an experienced facilitator may need to work with group dynamics. These are possible areas of focus, not a fixed curriculum or compulsory modules.
Practise with your own material
Bring your own training. Work on its next version.
Choose a segment you actually deliver. Redesign it, try leading it, get feedback and test another version. Leave with a refined segment of your own training and a better understanding of the decisions you make as a trainer.
We work in Polish or English, including with international teams. In person or online. We tailor the format and scope to your work.

Behind the workshop
Explore the craft I’ve developed over more than 15 years.
I’m Wojtek Mendyka. Leading workshops with teams across countries, I’ve developed an approach grounded in the psychology of learning, attention and decision-making.
In the workshop, you’ll explore not only the methods but the decisions behind them. You’ll see how I choose questions, examples and exercises around what participants need to understand and use. That way, you develop your own style instead of copying mine.

Who in your company has knowledge that others should be able to use better?
Trainers, technical and product experts, leaders and people onboarding new colleagues — whatever their job title.
