Meaning Makers

The Meaning Makers approach

Understand why something works.

So you can change how you work when the situation changes.

In our workshops, you learn methods for presentations, sales, negotiation and change communication and understand why they work. We ground them in what we know about how the human brain directs attention, remembers information and makes decisions. You test the methods in practice and discover the mechanisms behind their effectiveness.

So when your audience, situation or tools change, you can adapt the method or create your own way of working. You gain practical tools and the understanding to decide for yourself how to use them.

We select what matters most. We help you remember it. We teach you how to use it.

The three Meaning Makers principles

When you understand why something works, you can adapt it to the situation.

Original Meaning Makers drawing for Counterintuitive

Counterintuitive

Your first instinct is not always your best one.

When we want to persuade, we often add more arguments. When we want people to remember, we give them more information. We show teams when to pause that instinct and choose a different move.

Original Meaning Makers drawing for Context

Context

Know the principle. Adapt the method.

Audiences, situations and tools change. Understanding the underlying mechanism helps you decide how to apply a method in new circumstances.

Original Meaning Makers drawing for Practicality

Practicality

Know what to do with what you learn.

We select the most useful principles, turn them into simple models and practice with your team’s real situations. Planners and AI support help your team apply the methods in specific situations.

Inside the workshop

We practice what we teach.

We use these methods to capture your attention, help you remember what matters and persuade you to try a new approach. You experience them in action before learning the theory behind them. Then we explore together why they work and how to use them in your work.

Experience it. Understand it. Use it.

Founder of Meaning Makers

Wojciech Mendyka

For over 15 years, he has worked with leaders, sales teams and experts, helping them present complex topics clearly, show value and lead negotiations. He has run sessions in more than 30 countries and teaches on MBA and EMBA programs.

He founded Meaning Makers because what makes communication effective is what the person on the other side understands, remembers and does next.

That is why he turns proven principles of psychology, communication, sales and negotiation into simple models for specific situations. He teaches them in a way that helps people remember and apply them when they need to win support for an idea, defend the value of an offer or negotiate terms.

Wojtek likes to train in a relaxed yet professional way. Simple, but never superficial. With humor, but grounded in science.
